In July, 2012, we joined the Barossa Farmers Market with le Marché. (the market) A french themed patisserie with a Barossa twist.
You will find all of our products there and all are hand made under the watchful eye of Danielle Stone, our head pastry chef. Sourcing ingredients from the area where possible (Careme pastry, jersey fresh dairy, local berries, stone fruit, quinces, apples, eggs & small goods are just some examples). We then create a range of products for the market. Fresh baked citrus tartlets, a wide range of macarons, frangipan & fruit tarts, fougasse, assorted flatbreads, beef & shiraz pies are just some of the things that you will see there…
Each week there is a different range of options depending on what is seasonally available. We do take orders for some products and special requests. To place an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The farmer’s market is open every Saturday morning from 7.30 to 11.30.
